CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - TELLER
The main responsibilities:
- Perform professional service for the Bank’s customers;
- Advice customers and offer best solutions;
- Promote products and services of the Bank;
- Service in the bank´s hall
- Active communication with customers (by phone, e-mail, in the office)
Required personal and educational criteria apply for position:
- Experience in the field of customer service in a bank (incl. working with cash);
- Proficiency in Estonian, English and Russian;
- Solid user competence in MS Office;
- Ability to work intensively and to face stress;
- Strong numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Customer service orientation, good listening and communications skills.
- Experience in the field of securities.
