Is looking for a candidate to take the position of

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - TELLER

The main responsibilities:

  • Perform professional service for the Bank’s customers;
  • Advice customers and offer best solutions;
  • Promote products and services of the Bank;
  • Service in the bank´s hall 
  • Active communication with customers (by phone, e-mail, in the office)

Required personal and educational criteria apply for position:

  • Experience in the field of customer service in a bank (incl. working with cash);
  • Proficiency in Estonian, English and Russian;
  • Solid user competence in MS Office;
  • Ability to work intensively and to face stress;
  • Strong numerical ability, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Customer service orientation, good listening and communications skills.
