Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board provides the general management of the Bank, with the exception of the matters belonging to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Supervisory Board determines the strategic direction of the activities of the Bank and supervises the work of the executive bodies.

Under the Versobank AS Articles of association the number of members may be up to 11.

At the present time, there are 6 members:


Vadym Iermolaiev

In 1995 he created ALEF Trading and Industrial Corporation, which brings together several dozen independent businesses. Together with the other shareholders he acquired the Bank in 2012.


He participated in the development and approval of the new development strategy for the Bank. He sees into all the details of the Bank's operations, has excellent business insight and innovative thinking. Manages clearly and thoughtfully, has a very good business sense.


Despite being very busy, he tries to spend as much time as possible with his family, travels a lot, likes cooking and is a connoisseur of good food and cigars.



 Stanislav Vilenskyy

He graduated from the Quantum Microphysics Department, was a research assistant at the Laboratory of Quantum Quark-Gluon Plasma.


Since 1995 he has held senior management positions in large companies. Since 1998 he has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Vice Chairman of the Board of ALEF Trading and Industrial Corporation. Since 2012 has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank. Has logical thinking, which is so important in the financial world.


In his spare time he likes to travel, prefers active leisure.



 

Dmitry Dragun
Member of the Supervisory Board


Dmitry is educated at Belarus National Economic University and University of Oxford, UK and holds PhD in International Finance.

He has a 25+ years financial experience encompassing executive and advisory positions at leading international companies in the UK, Ukraine and Belarus. His particular speciality are transaction-driven situations (IPOs, acquisitions) and boardroom-led corporate transformations (strategic realignment and executive enhancement).


Dmitry’s favorite pastimes are walking, swimming and reading.
